As you are aware, the Northbridge Junior Baseball League recently announced the date for its 2nd Annual Night Under The Lights and Hit-A-Thon. We are eagerly looking forward to another exciting event and night of baseball! Last season, this event was an overwhelming success as the league raised money for state-of-the-art BATTING CAGES!!! This year, our goal is to raise funds to renovate the Jack Ryan Infield & Install Bullpens at the complex.
Tied into this event are a few great opportunities to help support the league both with our new Adult HR Derby competition and Virtual Silent Auction! Please see the details to both opportunities below:
Adult Homerun Derby
Entry into the Night Under The Lights - Adult HR Derby is live and will be completed via the Silent Auction website - https://app.galabid.com/njbl/items.
There are currently two auctions for the event with the top 10 bids from each auction earning a spot into the derby. Bids start at $50.00. Multiple bids in both auctions are acceptable but bidders will be responsible for both bids and could secure two spots in the derby. All questions regarding the derby should be forward to [email protected].
Details to the derby are below:
- 20 Total Participants
- Top 8 advance to Quarterfinal Round
- 10 Swings Each per Round
- Quarterfinals, Semifinals & Finals (Seeded by # of Homeruns/least amount of swings)
- Championship Trophy To Derby Champion
- All proceeds to benefit the Northbridge Junior Baseball League
Virtual Silent Auction
